I am a performance-focused Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a strong academic and applied background in sports science, rehabilitation, and athletic development.
I hold an MSc in Sports Science & Athletic Performance and currently work with a broad range of clients, including professional and elite athletes (pro boxers, UFC fighters, team GB athletes), competitive amateurs, and members of the general population.
My applied experience spans high-performance sport, GP referral populations, and long-term health and fitness development.
My coaching approach is evidence-based, structured, and highly individualised. I design training programmes that develop strength, power, movement quality, and physical robustness, while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term progression. Alongside training, I provide personalised nutrition guidance that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with individual preferences and lifestyle demands.
I have extensive experience in strength training, Olympic lifting, and alternative training modalities, including kettlebells, suspension training, functional movement, and bodyweight training. These methods are integrated strategically to support athletic performance, muscle development, fat loss, joint stability, and injury prevention.
Coaching is available through in-person sessions, online training, and bespoke training and nutrition packages, depending on individual goals and circumstances.
