Our health suites provide the ideal environment to relax and unwind from the stress of a busy lifestyle. Each and every suite provides showers, too, and are located very close to changing facilities.
Each of our centres features a health suite with a fantastic range of facilities. At the Xcel, we offer a sauna, steam room and a spa pool; at AT7 there’s a jacuzzi, too; and at the Alan Higgs there’s a relaxation area alongside the sauna and steam room.
Spas have been considered places of healing for thousands of years. From ancient Rome to contemporary Coventry, they’re places to both unwind and repair. Our own health suites offer a range of treatments and opportunities to renew yourself. We think a session in a steam room can be as important a part of your fitness regime as jogging or resistance training.
Even better, use of our health suites is free to members! Any of our packages give you instant access to these soothing spaces. Anyone can make the most of what we’ve designed to be truly rejuvenating rooms.

On Mondays – Fridays, our Health suite will close at 12:45pm and will be deep cleaned Monday-Friday 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
