May Challenge: Cycle a Half/Full Marathon

Get ready to ‘tour de bike’ your way though a half or full marathon!
Challenge yourself to make it to the end, by completing either 21km (half) or 42km (full).

Running from: Wednesday 1st May to Friday 31st May 2024.

Available at: Centre AT7, The Alan Higgs Centre, The Wave and Xcel Leisure Centre.

Making use of our facilities

In the Gym:

In all of our Gyms, we have a range of adaptable bikes for you to scan in and hop on. There are three options to choose from (depending on centre):

Bike – pedal more in an upright or normal bike position, this is our standard traditional bike.

Recline – perfect for those with mobile or weight issues, this supports the back whilst you pedal infront of you.

Skill Bike – feel like the professionals with the ability to gear change as if you are outdoors.

Take part in a Group Cycling class

Choose from morning sessions to kick start your working day, lunch break session or evening scroll.
