HYROX TASTER SESSION – 7am Monday 24th June

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Join us for an adapted taster session. Book now via Mywellness (3 days in advance).

Things to note

  • Studio Etiquette must be followed – view here
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn to all classes.
  • Classes run for 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
  • You must give at least 2 hours notice when cancelling a class booking.
  • If you repeatedly fail to cancel you will be issued a penalty strike. 2 penalty strikes in 15 days will result in being unable to book for a week.
  • Juniors are 12+ and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • It is the responsibility of the adult who is attending with a junior or a carer, who is only there assist, someone in care to ensure they are supervised when attending these sessions.
    In absolutely no circumstances should the adult, who is only there to assist, be partaking in any form of activity that is separate from the person in their care – i.e not allowed would be the adult swimming lengths in the pool whilst the person under there care is left alone in the pool by themselves.

  • Bank Holidays – our centre is open from 9am – 6pm. Sessions prior and after these times will not be running.

** Valid for Members who are on Membership Package not Moat House Package.

*** Surf Shoes must be worn to attend these Hydrorider classes.

**** This class is only available for 16+

***** to meet in the Café area to join for a walk for 1.5- 2 miles – free to members and non members

PAYG Non-Member Booking Guidance

  • Non members can book three days in advance as with our members.
  • Booking can be made at reception or over the phone:
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking and band collected at reception.
  • Bookings are subject to availability on the classes.
