Body Blast Looking to lose weight, tone up or improve your aerobic fitness, strength, stamina, endurance and energy levels? You’ve come to the right session. These classes are designed to be fun and challenging at the same time. Sessions will vary week to week. | 9.00am at The Alan Higgs Centre |

Come down to Coombe Abbey for a 2 mile walk.
Just turn up, meet us in the main carpark and enjoy!*
We ask that all participants are able to walk continuously for 30 minutes.
