Tips for tracking your progress:
Entering the gym for the first time can be quite scary or you feel you don’t know where to start… but we’ve all been there at some point!
Luckily our instructors are on hand to help guide you through the machines* to answering any enquires you have about the equipment as well as suggestions of where to start!
You’ll also be able to helpful videos in your MyWellness app, under ‘My Movement’. Just click ‘do it yourself’ to find a variety of equipment and mat based exercises. You’ll be able to find categorised options under: Cardio, Strength or Stretching.
*Joining as a member and not used our Technogym machines before? You’ll be required to go through an induction before using them. So please be aware when joining on your first day!
