Classes run for 50 minutes unless stated otherwise.

You must give at least 2 hours notice when cancelling a class booking.
If you repeatedly fail to cancel you will be issued a penalty strike. 2 penalty strikes in 15 days will result in being unable to book for a week.
Juniors are 12+ and must be accompanied by an adult.
It is the responsibility of the adult who is attending with a junior or a carer, who is only there assist, someone in care to ensure they are supervised when attending these sessions.
In absolutely no circumstances should the adult, who is only there to assist, be partaking in any form of activity that is separate from the person in their care – i.e not allowed would be the adult swimming lengths in the pool whilst the person under there care is left alone in the pool by themselves.

Bank Holidays – our centre is open from 9am – 6pm. Sessions prior and after these times will not be running.
