Our instructors are specially trained to guide youthough your progress in the gym, which is available to book on your first visit.

With our variety of classes from low impact to high intensity, there’s a class for everyone to suit your needs.

A fun, low intensity, low impact session designed to work your heart, muscles and increase flexibility, all in one easy to follow class designed to revitalise your body through exercise.
