September Challenge – Group Cycle

Can you attend the most Group Cycle classes?
We’re looking for the top attendee to our Group Cycle classes. This challenge is perfect for anyone needing encouragement to join a class or looking for a new favourite class!

Running from: 1st September to 30th September 2024.

Available at: Centre AT7, The Alan Higgs Centre, The Wave and Xcel Leisure Centre.

Price: The person who attends the most wins a FREE month membership!

Beginners Guide to Group Cycling

Group Cycling

Group Cycling is a high-intensity class on stationary bikes! Our instructors will put you through your paces, switching between gears and motivating you towards your goals! Great for those wanting increase cardio muscles and stamina as well as keeping low impact on your knees and joints.

Centre AT7 (45mins)

Group Cycling:

  • Tuesdays – 9:00am
  • Thursdays – 6:15pm
  • Fridays – 7:00am

The Alan Higgs Centre (45mins)

Group Cycling:

Tuesdays – 6:00pm
Wednesdays – 7:00pm
Thursdays – 9:00am, 6:20pm
Fridays – 9:00am, 5:00pm
Saturdays – 9:00am
Sundays – 9:00am

Xcel Leisure Centre (45mins)

Group Cycling:

  • Mondays – 9:05am
  • Wednesdays – 9:05am
  • Thursdays – 9:05am
  • Fridays – 9:05am

The Wave (45mins)

Group Cycling:

  • Mondays – 6:30pm
  • Tuesdays – 11:00am, 6:30pm
  • Wednesdays – 10:30am, 6:30pm
  • Thursdays – 12:00pm
  • Fridays – 11:30am
  • Saturdays – 9:30am
