As part of the Livestreaming Membership, you can keep active and join in our classes from the comfort of your own home.

To access these livestreaming classes, you will need to have the livestreaming membership which costs £5.00 per month with no contract or joining fee. A pro-rata payment is still required to cover the usage until the first DD and you get the first two weeks FREE!

Take part in Lifestyles fitness classes through the MYWellness app – you can also book onto the classes through the app.

To access the Livestreaming classes, you’ll need to have access to the My Wellness app installed on your phone or tablet.

Please ensure your app notifications are switched on. If you are having trouble with the app please email: Lifestyles@cvlife.co.uk and we can activate your app. 

If you are accessing a live class and it freezes on the page, this is due to the MyWellness app requiring permission to use the camera, microphone, location and calendar. Please see the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Apple devices: 

1. Open tablet settings
2. Scroll down to the MyWellness app 
3. Once logged in, select click to allow access on microphone, camera and location 

For Android devices

1. Open tablet settings
2. Scroll down to apps
3. At the top of this page, select apps to open up all apps on your device 
4. Scroll down to the MyWellness app 
5. Open permissions
