Les Mills Taster Session – Saturday 20th April

Have you tried a ‘Les Mills’ group exercise class? Now’s the chance to join in!

Les Mills provide the freshest exercise trends, fusing science, music, movement and ground-breaking technology, and doing whatever possible to make life-changing fitness experiences more accessible.

We’ll be hosting a day of sessions, with a mixture of our team teaching along to fun tracks… so why not come and try these sessions out!

Dates: Saturday 20th April 2024

Location: The Wave

Classes include:

  • Body Attack: 9:30am – 10:15am
  • Core: 10:30am – 11:00am
  • Body Pump: 11:15am – 12:00pm
  • Body Combat: 12:15pm – 1:00pm

Les Mills Body Attack

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats all performed to energising music.

Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
