June Challenge: Tri-Athlete

Kick off June with our tri-challenge, which is running over 3 days!
This ultimate challenge will test your running, cycling and rowing skills.

  • Day 1 (1st June) – Run 3km on the treadmill
  • Day 2 (3rd June) – Cycle 7km on the bike
  • Day 3 (4th June) – Row 2000m on the rowing machine

Running from: 1st June to 4th June 2023.

What you’ll need:
A Mywellness account to track each of these challenges.
