Our adults boxing fitness and technique class, includes boxing fitness workouts designed on improving fitness and learning boxing techniques The class runs as 45 minutes fitness, and 45 minutes boxing involving both pad and bag work under the supervision of our trained instructor.
These invigorating classes will transport you to a tranquil space, where you can connect with your body and mind. Guided by experienced instructors, each session will incorporate holistic moves inspired by nature, such as Sun Salutations and Sun breath movements, to promote inner peace and balance.
